Overview

The Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur is inviting bids for the Annual Operation and Maintenance Contract (AOMC) of 25 diesel generator (DG) sets with varying capacities installed at different substations across the IIT campus, along with the AMC of an additional 500 KVA DG set located in NOIDA. Scope / Work

The scope of work includes the annual operation and maintenance of the following DG sets:

  Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for the AMC of 1 x 500 KVA DG set at NOIDA. The total tender value is approximately ₹90,54,066. The contract will be awarded based on a percentage form of contract.

Fees & EMD

• Tender Fee: There is no tender fee applicable for this bid.
• EMD (Earnest Money Deposit): The EMD required is ₹1,81,081, which must be submitted to the Director at IIT Kanpur. EMD exemption is not allowed.
