This page sets out important disclaimers and terms of use for the entire Public Services Map website and its sub-paths (including Aadhaar, Passport, Government Schemes, Tenders, search and API surfaces, and any authenticated features). By accessing or using the site in any manner—including browsing, searching, logging in, linking, or automated access—you agree that you have read and understood this page. If you do not agree, you must not use the site. This is not legal advice; have counsel review if you need binding advice.

These terms apply to all pages, data displays, downloads, embeds, and programmatic interfaces we operate under our domain, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. They apply equally to human visitors and to automated clients (bots, crawlers, scripts, aggregators).

Public Services Map is an independent directory and discovery service operated by Veyric Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”). We are not a government body. We are not endorsed by UIDAI, the Ministry of External Affairs, any state government, GeM, or any ministry. We do not process Aadhaar enrolment, passport applications, scheme benefits, or tender bids on behalf of the government. Official programmes remain solely with the relevant authority.

Centre locations (Aadhaar, Passport Seva), scheme summaries, tender notices, and related metadata are compiled from public sources, partners, crawlers, APIs, and user-visible government sites. Coordinates, addresses, fees, deadlines, eligibility text, and document metadata may be incomplete, approximate, wrongly geocoded, or out of date. Crowd-sourced or third-party contributions (e.g. reviews) are not verified statements of fact. Always confirm on the official portal, notice, or premises before travel, payment, or legal reliance.

We do not warrant that any page is complete, current, or error-free. Rules, fees, tender outcomes, scheme closures, and eligibility can change without our knowledge. No update cadence is guaranteed.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, procurement, or professional advice. For decisions affecting rights, tenders, contracts, subsidies, or compliance, consult a qualified professional or the competent authority.

Where Hindi is offered, user-interface strings may appear in Hindi while underlying scheme or tender text often remains in English or the publisher’s language. Hindi UI does not imply an official Hindi version of source documents.

Authoritative wording is always that published by the responsible government or procuring entity. Any machine translation or editorial summary is unofficial unless explicitly sourced from an official bilingual publication. We do not represent translated text as legally equivalent to the original.

The optional AI assistant produces indicative summaries only. It can be wrong or outdated. It must not replace reading official notifications, scheme portals, or tender documents.

Links to external sites (including .gov.in, .nic.in, and contractor portals) are for convenience. We do not control those sites and disclaim responsibility for their content, cookies, malware, availability, or practices. You may not frame or inline our pages in a way that suggests we endorse another service or that obscures the true source of information.

Names and marks such as Aadhaar, UIDAI, Passport Seva, GeM, and ministry names belong to their respective owners. Our use is nominative for directory purposes only.

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users’ accounts, or data stores; interfere with security or performance; transmit malware; harass others; scrape or harvest personal data about individuals from our pages except as lawfully permitted; or use the site to build a competing bulk database that misrepresents our work as official government output.

You must comply with our robots.txt and any crawl-delay or path rules we publish. Human-paced browsing and reasonable search use are expected. High-volume, parallel, or systematic requests that degrade service for others, evade rate limits, or attempt to extract the whole directory (including schemes, tenders, centres, or APIs) for republication, resale, or training of competing models without our prior written permission are prohibited. We may throttle, block, or blacklist IP addresses, ASNs, API tokens, or user accounts; require authentication; or pursue remedies available under law (including copyright in compilation, contract, and computer-abuse statutes where applicable). Cached or archived copies may not reflect current data; do not rely on third-party caches for compliance or bidding.

Where the site allows reviews or comments, they reflect the authors’ opinions, not ours. We may moderate or remove content that violates law or these terms but are not obligated to monitor all posts.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that the site is free of harmful code. You are responsible for your own devices and connections.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veyric Technologies Private Limited and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates disclaim all warranties (express or implied) and exclude liability for any loss or damage—including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and loss of profits, data, or goodwill—arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this site or any linked resource, whether or not we were advised of the possibility. If any exclusion is held invalid, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim for use of paid features, if any, or (b) INR 1,000.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veyric Technologies Private Limited and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, your automated access in breach of the crawling section, or your infringement of third-party rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of the site, without prejudice to our right to seek relief elsewhere.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect to the fullest extent permitted.

We may update this page or the service at any time. The version posted here is controlling. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may, where appropriate, be highlighted on the site or by date stamp below the title.
