The NSFDC Internship Scheme
Implemented by the National Scheduled Castes Finance & Development Corporation under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, the NSFDC Internship Scheme 2024 provides students with hands-on experience in various NSFDC programs. "The NSFDC Internship Scheme 2024" is implemented by the National Scheduled Castes Finance & Development Corporation, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India. This scheme provides a platform for students to gain practical experience and understand the operations of a Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) involved in socio-economic development schemes for scheduled caste communities in India. The internship will expose students to various programs and schemes undertaken by NSFDC, offering them hands-on experience in a professional environment.
Two types of the Internship programme:
- Summer Internship (commencing every year from April to August)
- Winter Internship (commencing every year from October to February)

Eligibility
- The student should be pursuing or completed their undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate degrees from recognized universities, colleges, or institutions in India.
- The applicant must have his own laptop for the internship.
- The applicant can get the internship benefit only at once during a financial year.

Step 01: Student send their detailed resume along with academic documents, and a No Objection Certificate (Format enclosed in Annexure-A).
Step 02: Student can email their applications to: hr.nsfdc@gmail.com, hrd-nsfde@nic.in. Please mention the "NSFDC Internship Programme" on the subject of the email.

- Interns must maintain a minimum of 60% attendance during the internship.

- Selected candidates will be informed via the NSFDC website, and they must submit the original NOC and mark sheets upon joining.
- Is attendance mandatory during the internship?
- Yes, interns must maintain a minimum of 60% attendance. Failure to do so will result in no experience certificate being issued.
- Will NSFDC provide accommodation during the internship?
- No, interns must make their own arrangements for accommodation and local travel.
- What facilities will NSFDC provide to interns?
- NSFDC will provide working space, internet facilities, and other necessary logistics as deemed fit for the internship.
- Can the internship period be extended?
- No, the internship period cannot exceed three months.
- What are the responsibilities of the interns?
- Interns are expected to observe discipline, complete the work assigned, and submit a brief report on their learning experience at the end of their internship.
- Can I publish my work done during the internship?
- Any publication of work requires prior permission from NSFDC. Interns must also maintain confidentiality of data.
- Will the internship lead to employment at NSFDC?
- No, the internship does not guarantee employment at NSFDC.
- How can I apply for the internship?
