The scheme "Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP)" Interventions is an initiative launched by the Government of India with assistance from the World Bank to enhance the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) across the country. A minimum of 20 MSME units in the Wire & Cable industry shall be supported under this intervention. Conditions for Assistance (Testing and Certification cost in wire cable industry): 1. MSME unit must be engaged in the manufacturing of Wire and Cable products. 1. The expenditure must pertain specifically to product testing and certification carried out by accredited/recognised institutions or agencies. 1. The testing/certification agency should possess a valid national/international accreditation. 1. The MSME unit must provide valid invoices and payment proofs for the testing/certification services availed. 1. MSMEs may claim reimbursement of eligible certification and testing costs, including the cost of certification renewal, subject to the reimbursement cap specified under the intervention. 1. The following categories of product testing and certifications shall be eligible for reimbursement under this intervention. This shall include, but not be limited to, certifications accredited by government-recognised bodies or authorised agencies, subject to prior approval by the competent authority
