The Scholarship for Top Class Education for Students with Disabilities, DNH & DD provides financial assistance to students with disabilities pursuing Graduate and Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma courses in Institutes of Excellence notified by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, New Delhi. The scheme covers tuition fees up to ₹1.90 lakh per annum, maintenance allowance, book allowance, computer/laptop support, assistive devices, and special allowances related to disabilities. Students with annual family income up to ₹8 lakh are eligible.
