Submission of Bank Account Details:
Step 1: Patient need to submit his/her Aadhaar-linked savings bank account to TB health provider.
Step 2: Supporting documents like a Aadhaar number, passbook, canceled cheque, or bank statement must be collected.
Step 3: If Patient don't have a bank account:
- Open a new account (e.g., via Jan Dhan Yojana/India Post Payments Bank).
- Alternatively, Patient may nominate a family member’s account with a written consent (standard format available in the manual).
Registration in Nikshay:
Step 1: Patient bank details will be entered by the TB health staff into the Nikshay system.

Step 3: Nikshay will automatically send the bank details to PFMS for validation.
