Registration
Step 1: Take the print of the prescribed format of the registration form.
Step 2:**** In the form, fill in all the mandatory fields, paste a passport-sized photograph (signed across, if required), and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attested, if required).
Step 3:**** Submit the duly filled and signed registration form to the Labour Officer.
* A one-time registration fee must be paid at the office, and it will be valid for three years.
* After three years, the worker must visit the office to pay a renewal fee and submit proof of 90 days of work each year to maintain eligibility for benefits.

Step 2:**** In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, paste a passport-sized photograph (signed across, if required), and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attested, if required).
