Eligibility
Farmers or farmer groups must own land: 10 hectares for groups and 2 hectares for individuals. A minimum of 3 farmers is required for group applications. Proof of land ownership is necessary.
Application Process

- Wait for site selection by the committee based on rainfall and suitability.
- Begin construction within one month of approval.
