Fees & EMD

Bidders are required to pay a tender fee of ₹5,900, and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹2,00,000 is mandatory, although exemptions may apply. The payment for both the tender fee and EMD must be made online through SBI Bank. It is important to note that the tender fee exemption is not allowed, while EMD exemption is permitted under certain conditions.
