  1. The applicant must be a recognized Yuvak Mangal Dal or Mahila Mangal Dal in Uttarakhand, formally affiliated with the Department of Youth Welfare and PRD, Government of Uttarakhand.

Application Process

Offline

  • The groups must pass a resolution in the Gram Panchayat general meeting and submit it to the PRD office. The proposal should be accompanied by the Aadhaar cards of all members, a permanent residence certificate, and the group’s bank account details.
  • If the proposal is found appropriate by a committee headed by the Chief Development Officer, the District Youth Welfare Officer is directed to recommend the payment, which is then credited to the group’s bank account.
