"Uniform Allowance to the Wards of Ex-Servicemen/Widows (Sainik Welfare)" is a Welfare Scheme by the Armed Forces Flag Day Fund of the Department of Sainik Welfare, Puducherry. Through this scheme, the wards of the ESM / Widows of ESM studying in Government-recognized Institutions are provided allowances towards purchase of their uniform.   • The scheme is not applicable to the ward who is repeating the same class.
  • The Wards who are already in receipt of an academic scholarship are not eligible.
  • The Wards who are availing benefit of reimbursement of tuition fees from other source(s) are not eligible.
