विवरण

The ULLAS New India Literacy Programme is designed for illiterates aged 15 and above. In this scheme, surveyors identify illiterates at the village level and register them on the ULLAS app for education. Volunteer teachers provide instruction to these illiterates through both offline and online modes. A certificate is issued by the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) to candidates who become literate through this programme.

पात्रता
