Step 1: The interested applicant should take print of the prescribed format of the application form.
Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, paste the passport-sized photograph (signed across, if required), and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).
Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents within the prescribed period (if any), to the Primary Weaver Cooperative Society.
Step 4: The Primary Weaver Cooperative Society will verify the details, complete their formalities, add their remarks, and forward the application to the concerned District Handloom Office. The District Handloom Office will compile all received applications.
Step 5: A selection committee consisting of the Deputy/Assistant Director of the District Handloom Office and a nominated President/Representative of a weaver society in the district will review the applications. The committee will organize a meeting to select eligible members and verify the applications.
Step 6: After verification, the selection committee will send their recommendations to the Managing Director, Chhattisgarh State Handloom Development and Marketing Cooperative Union Limited, Raipur.
Step 7: The Managing Director has the authority to take appropriate action if any information is found to be false. After final approval, the incentive amount will be disbursed to the selected students.
