Eligibility
Children with disabilities as defined under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, who have 40% or more disability in categories such as orthopedic, visual impairment, hearing impairment, intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, and autism, and who possess a disability certificate issued by a competent medical authority. The scheme is applicable for students studying in classes 1 to 12 in government schools.
