This scheme pertains to the purchase of agricultural land for non-agricultural bona fide industrial purposes under Section 63AA of the Mumbai Land Administration and Agricultural Land Act, 1948, Section 89-A of the Mumbai Land Administration and Agricultural Land (Vidarbha Pradesh and Kutch Region) Act, 1958, and Section 55 of the Saurashtra Gharkhed, Land Administration Settlement and Agricultural Land Ordinance.
