Eligibility
- The beneficiary must be a resident of Uttarakhand.

- The beneficiary must have at least 300 mulberry plants available for silkworm rearing.
Application Process
Offline
- Under the Silk Samagra Yojana, farmers are selected in cluster mode. A departmental committee conducts a field inspection, and the scheme is implemented based on the suitability of the area. The required documents are compiled to prepare the farmer’s Project Implementation Sheet (PIS).
- For the construction of the rearing chamber, the farmer builds the foundation using their own funds. Based on the progress of the construction and the recommendations of the cluster in-charge, the government subsidy is released into the farmer’s account in accordance with the scheme guidelines.
