Details

The “Shramik Parivahan Yojana” is implemented by the Gujarat Building and Other Construction Worker’s Welfare Board (GBOCWWB), Labour, Skill Development & Employment Department, Government of Gujarat. Under the scheme, the registered construction workers will be provided a bus pass through the Municipal Corporation at a concessional rate for commuting from Kadianaka to the workplace.

Under the scheme the beneficiary is required to contribute 20% of the pass amount while the board covers the remaining 80%. Note: The pass shall be issued at a concessional rate monthly or quarterly or six-monthly or annually as per the demand of the registered construction worker

Offline

Step 01: The applicant needs to visit the nearest municipal corporation office.
Step 02: Collect the application form and fill in all the details as required.
Step 03: Attach all the required documents and submit it to the concerned official in the municipal corporation office.
Step 04: After verification of the details and a bus pass may be issued to the applicant by the authority.
Note: 4 municipalities of the state (Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, and Rajkot) are included in this scheme.
