- The student sends the application to his/her educational institution; the concerned educational institution verifies the application form and forwards it online to the District Social Welfare Officer.
- The District Social Welfare Officer examines the received application form and gets the complete application forms physically verified. Incomplete applications (which can be corrected) are temporarily marked as defective, otherwise they are completely rejected.
