Details
The Saral Loan Scheme, introduced by the Rajasthan Financial Corporation (RFC), aims to support existing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the state by providing financial assistance for various industrial needs. This scheme was established following a decision made in the PC&CC meeting on November 28, 2007, in response to the demand from entrepreneurs and industrial associations for quicker loan sanctions with minimal formalities. The scheme offers financial support for expansion, modernization, diversification, and working capital requirements, provided that the existing prime security (land and building) is mortgaged along with the hypothecation of existing plant and machinery as well as further fixed assets to the Corporation under first charge free from all encumbrances.

Application Process
Online
Applicants can apply online for the Saral Loan through the RFC application portal or visit the nearest branch office. RFC has a network of 14 branch offices and one facilitation center in the state. Applicants are encouraged to discuss their projects with Branch Managers and submit their applications to the relevant branch based on their industrial unit's location.
