Details

This scheme provides a rebate and reimbursement of stamp duty and registration charges for new Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) established in industrial estates developed by TANSIDCO or the government, specifically targeting 251 backward blocks as listed in Annexure I. The scheme aims to support the establishment of MSEs in these areas, thereby promoting industrial development and economic growth.

Eligibility

All new Micro and Small Enterprises established in industrial estates developed by TANSIDCO or the government, specifically in the 251 backward blocks listed in Annexure I.

Exclusions

Enterprises set up in non-backward areas are not eligible for this scheme.

Application Process

Offline

To apply, enterprises must submit their application within 6 months from the date of commencement of commercial production to the General Manager of the District Industries Centre (GM-DIC) or the Regional Joint Director (RJD) in Chennai.
