Rajasthan Chief Minister's Relief Fund - Kargil Package

The Rajasthan Chief Minister's Relief Fund provides assistance to victims affected by drought, floods, and accidents under Rule 4(1). A revolving fund of ₹20 lakh is available to all district collectors for providing aid. In case of death due to an accident on or after February 18, 2019, the dependents receive ₹1 lakh. For serious injuries, assistance of up to ₹20,000 is provided based on the severity of the injury. If the family is capable, assistance is not necessary. Applications must be submitted within six months of the accident date. In cases where the seriously injured person dies while undergoing treatment, applications can be submitted within six months from the date of death. Applications can be made at the Tehsil/District Collector's office or the Chief Minister's office with the required documents.

Assistance is available to dependents of victims affected by drought, floods, and accidents. Applications must be made within six months of the incident. The assistance is provided only if the family is not capable of supporting themselves.

Assistance is not provided for property loss due to fire or other reasons, suicide cases, or if the family is capable of supporting themselves. Assistance is also not available for cases of murder and rape, which are covered under a different scheme.

• Application letter
• Copy of the medical report of the injured (mandatory)
• Copy of the post-mortem report in case of death (mandatory) or a satisfaction certificate from the investigating officer if the body is mutilated (mandatory)
• Copy of the FIR report (mandatory)
• Copy of the ration card
• Copy of the Aadhaar card
• Copy of the first page of the bank passbook/cancelled cheque or photocopy.
