The Rajasthan Chief Minister's Relief Fund provides assistance to victims affected by drought, floods, and accidents under Rule 4(1). A revolving fund of ₹20 lakh is available to all district collectors for providing aid. In case of death due to an accident on or after February 18, 2019, the dependents receive ₹1 lakh. For serious injuries, assistance of up to ₹20,000 is provided based on the severity of the injury. If the family is capable, assistance is not necessary. Applications must be submitted within six months of the accident date. In cases where the seriously injured person dies while undergoing treatment, applications can be submitted within six months from the date of death. Applications can be made at the Tehsil/District Collector's office or the Chief Minister's office with the required documents.
