The Rajasthan Chief Minister's Relief Fund provides assistance to victims of accidents, natural disasters, and other emergencies. Under the guidelines of the fund, district collectors are provided with a revolving fund of ₹20 lakh each to facilitate aid. In the event of death due to an accident occurring on or after February 18, 2019, the dependents of the deceased are entitled to ₹1 lakh. For serious injuries, assistance of up to ₹20,000 is available, while for minor injuries, aid is granted based on the severity of the injury. If the family is financially capable, assistance may not be provided. Applications for assistance must be submitted within six months of the accident date. In cases where a seriously injured person dies while undergoing treatment, applications can be submitted within six months from the date of death. Applications can be made at the Tehsil/District Collector's office or the Chief Minister's office with the required documents.
