To apply, submit the application form along with the required attachments to BLOCK NO-19/1, Dr. JIVARAJ MAHETA BHAVAN, GANDHINAGAR, GUJARAT- 382010. Required attachments include:

  • 20 copies of the script
  • A copy certified by a Chartered Accountant (C.A.)
  • Audited accounts by C.A.
  • Attested copy of PAN Card
  • Certificate of Film Production
  • Certificate of Sound Recording and receipt
  • Self-attested copy of Censor Certificate
  • Show-wise sold tickets form from the distributor.
