• All shows must be shown to public free of charge
• Duration of the musical programme or tiatr should be not less than two hours
• In all advertisements, oral, print or electronic media, banners, the following must be inserted/published/announced: & 39;This programme is promoted by Tiatr Academy of Goa& 39;
• A few seats should be reserved by the organizer(s) for the representatives of Tiatr Academy of Goa
• The Tiatr Academy of Goa banner should be compulsorily displayed at one of the two front side wings of the stage and returned after all shows
• The organizing institution/individual will have to discuss with Tiatr Academy of Goa and decide about the Chief Guest or Guest of Honour well in advance

What type of organizations or individuals are eligible to participate in this cultural promotion initiative?

An individual, organization, educational institution, or club can apply for this scheme to promote patriotism and national integration through cultural performances. <br>

How much advance notice is required when submitting an application for a cultural performance under this program?

The application along with typed script or lyrics should reach the office of Tiatr Academy of Goa at least 30 days before the date of staging the programme. <br>

What documentation is needed if someone other than the applicant has written or directed the proposed performance?

If the applicant is not the lyricist, writer, or director of the activity proposed, then No Objection Certificate from the lyricist, writer, or director concerned must be attached to the application. <br>

Are there any restrictions on the content that can be included in the scripts or lyrics of the performance?

There should not be any adverse remark made in any form either written or verbal against any Governments, Individuals, Institutions or anything against caste, creed and religion in the scripts, lyrics of songs, performances, or speeches which may hurt the sentiments of anybody. <br>

What is the minimum duration requirement for musical programmes or tiatrs submitted under this cultural scheme?

Duration of the musical programme or tiatr should be not less than two hours to qualify for this scheme. <br>

How many performances will be organized and what is the cost structure for audiences attending these shows?

A maximum of 4 shows of such a programme will be staged by Tiatr Academy of Goa at various places and all shows must be shown to public free of charge. <br>

What type of financial compensation and additional support is provided to successful applicants under this program?

A remuneration as fixed by Tiatr Academy of Goa will be given to the applicant, and besides the remuneration, Tiatr Academy of Goa will reimburse the actual charges of the hall or auditorium or pay a lump sum amount if the performance is held in a makeshift pandal. <br>

What specific identity documents must be submitted along with the application for this cultural promotion initiative?

The concerned who wants to avail the benefit of this scheme shall submit self attested copies of Aadhaar and Permanent Account Number Card along with the application. <br>

How does the selection process work and what determines the order in which applications are processed?

The scheme will be implemented on &#39;First Come First Serve&#39; basis and applications will be considered as per the availability of funds. <br>

What promotional acknowledgment requirements must be followed when advertising or publicizing the approved cultural performances?

In all advertisements, oral, print or electronic media, banners, the following must be inserted, published, or announced: &#39;This programme is promoted by Tiatr Academy of Goa&#39;. <br>

Are applicants permitted to seek additional financial sponsorship from external sources for their cultural programmes?

Tiatr Academy of Goa has no objection if sponsorship is taken by the producer from other sources for the programme. <br>

What arrangements must be made regarding seating and guest protocol for the cultural performances under this scheme?

A few seats should be reserved by the organizer for the representatives of Tiatr Academy of Goa, and the organizing institution or individual will have to discuss with Tiatr Academy of Goa and decide about the Chief Guest or Guest of Honour well in advance. <br>

What documentation and recording facilities are provided to participants after completion of their cultural performance?

Video recording of the activity or programme will be done by Tiatr Academy of Goa and one copy of the Digital Video Disc will be given to the applicant. <br>

What display requirements exist regarding official banners during the staging of approved cultural programmes?

Tiatr Academy of Goa will give one banner which should be compulsorily displayed at one of the two front side wings of the stage, and the banner should be returned back to Tiatr Academy of Goa after all the shows are staged. <br>
