- For construction of the project, project's proposal may be submitted to the Division, Sub-Division, or other departmental offices through the Gram Sabha, Gram Panchayat, District Panchayat, or other authorized channels. Thereafter, following approval by the State-level Technical Advisory Committee, the proposals are forwarded to the State Level Sanctioning Committee, chaired by the Chief Secretary of the Government of Uttarakhand. The construction work of the projects is initiated after receiving financial approval from the Government of India.
