  • The applicant must submit an undertaking in the Detailed Project Report (DPR)/Self-Contained Proposal (SCP) stating that all operational, maintenance, and post-construction management costs of the infrastructure facilities will be borne by them.
  • The applicant must commit to keeping the fish market in operational condition for 10 years.
  • The applicant must agree to permanently display a board at the infrastructure facility indicating that the fish market was constructed with Central Assistance under the Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana (PMMSY).
  • Central assistance will be restricted to one unit per individual beneficiary.
  • Projects with land on a long-term registered lease will also be considered for Central financial assistance. The registered lease period or agreement must not be less than a minimum period of 10 years.

Step 1: Visit the Official Portal: Antyodaya-SARAL Portal.
Step 2: For registration, click on “New User/Register Here” and fill in all the mandatory details, i.e. Name, Email ID, Mobile Number & password. Click on ‘Submit’.
Step 3: Verify the OTP received in the provided Email and Mobile Number. Alternatively, click on the Verification Link to activate the profile.

Step 2: The “Sign in here” option is available on the right side of the screen. Fill in the required credentials and click on the ‘Login’ button.

Step 4: Now, select the scheme and click on “Apply for Service/Scheme”.
