The PM Street Vendors AtmaNirbhar Nidhi (PM SVANidhi) is a scheme launched by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs to provide a special Micro Credit Facility for street vendors. This initiative aims to offer affordable working capital loans to help street vendors resume their livelihoods, which have been adversely affected due to the Covid-19 lockdowns.
