The National Food Security Mission (NFSM) aims to enhance the production of food grains through various support measures. It includes the distribution of certified seeds, micro-nutrients, plant protection chemicals, and gypsum, with financial assistance provided based on specific criteria. The scheme also supports cluster demonstrations and intercropping for pulses, ensuring that farmers receive the necessary resources to improve agricultural productivity.

- Distribution of certified seeds (Rs. 1000 to 10000 per quintal)
Micro-nutrients (50% of the cost or Rs. 500 per hectare, whichever is less)
Plant protection chemicals (50% of the cost or Rs. 500 per hectare, whichever is less)
Gypsum (50% of the cost or Rs. 750 per hectare, whichever is less)
Cluster demonstration (Rs. 6000 to 10000 per hectare)
Intercropping demonstration for pulses (Rs. 3500 per hectare)
