The Mukhyamantri Yuva Kaushal Yojna (MMYKY) is a skill development initiative launched by the Rajasthan Skill and Livelihoods Development Corporation (RSLDC) in November 2019. It aims to integrate skill development into academic colleges, specifically targeting students enrolled in government colleges. The scheme offers training in 45 job roles across 16 sectors, providing students with both domain-specific and soft skills to enhance their employability. The program is designed to empower college youth with practical skills and confidence, preparing them for the workforce or entrepreneurial ventures. The scheme is fully funded by the Government of Rajasthan and has already trained thousands of students across various districts.
