  • The applicant must be registered in a Jharkhand employment exchange.
  • The applicant should have completed a skill training course conducted by a government ITI, polytechnic, or other government vocational institutes aligned with NSQF.
  • The applicant must not have availed of any similar incentive under another scheme.
  • The applicant must be a domicile of Jharkhand.
  • The applicant should have a valid bank account and Aadhaar card.
  • The applicant should not have been convicted of a crime with a sentence of 48 hours or more.
  • The applicant must be between 18 to 35 years old on the date of employment exchange registration (relaxation as per government norms for SC/ST candidates).

Application Process

Offline

Step 1: The interested applicant downloads the application form (Annexure-I) from the official website.
Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).
Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the respective training institute/department.
Step 4: Request a receipt or acknowledgment from the respective training institute/department to whom the application has been submitted. Ensure that the receipt contains essential details such as the date and time of submission, and a unique identification number (if applicable).
