The scheme is implemented by the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Rajasthan, at the state level and by the Deputy Director/Assistant Director, Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, at the district level.

Professional/Technical Training Benefits:
Vocational/technical training will be provided to Palanhar beneficiary boys/girls through recognized training providers by the Rajasthan Skill and Livelihood Development Corporation / Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited (RKCL) / Jan Shikshan Sansthan / industrial training institutes recognized by the state government/central government
