The scheme "Mukhyamantri Asangathit Majdoor Yojana" was launched by the Labour Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh. Step 1: The interested applicant should visit the Office of the Gram Panchayat Secretary (in rural areas) or the Office of the Nagar Panchayat/Municipality (in urban areas). Request the hard copy of the prescribed format of the application form from the staff. Applicants may also contact the Ward In-charge for assistance in acquiring the necessary information and forms.
Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, paste the passport-sized photograph (signed across, if required), and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).
Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents at the respective office.
*The information regarding the issued registration will be conveyed to the concerned applicant through a message or a voice call sent to their registered mobile phone.
