Registration Process:

Step 1: Go to the E-kalyan Portal.
Step 2: Review the guidelines and select "Create Account."
Step 3: Complete the registration form with all required details (marked with (*)).
Step 4: Click "Register" to finalize the process.
Step 5: You will receive a confirmation message with your User ID and password displayed on the screen.

Apply for Scheme:

Step 1: Login to the E-Kalyan Portal using your User ID and password from registration.
Step 2: Enter your personal, academic, and other relevant details.
Step 3: Choose the district(s) for which you are applying, noting that you can select multiple hostels within that district.
Step 4: Click "Save and Continue" to proceed.
Step 5: Complete the application by uploading all required documents and clicking "Submit."
Note 1: Once submitted, the form cannot be modified.
Note 2: The Minority Welfare Department will seek the student list from the Principal of the minority hostel where the students stay.
