Eligibility
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Bihar.
- The applicant must belong to the Minority community.
- The applicant should have passed at least 10+2, Intermediate, ITI, Polytechnic Diploma, or equivalent.
- The applicant must be aged between 18 and 50 years.
- The business unit must be a proprietorship or partnership firm.

- Women belonging to the minority community have the option to apply for either of the following schemes, based on their preference:

Exclusions
Applicants under this scheme are not permitted to apply for the following schemes:
- Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyami Yojana.
- Mukhyamantri Anusoochit Jati / Anusochit Janajaati Udyami Yojana.
- Mukhyamantri Ati Pichhada Varg Udyami Yojana.
