• - A subsidy of ₹3/- per kilometer operated shall be provided to eligible bus operators under the scheme

• Bus operators participating in the scheme shall be entitled to receive 50% of the revenue generated from advertisements displayed on their buses
• Mobilization advance, if required, may be sanctioned up to 60 days of operational subsidy based on the recommendation of Kadamba Transport Corporation Limited. Disbursement
• Kilometers for Financial assistance will be considered as per the Fare Chart issued along with the stage carriage permit by the Regional Transport Authority
• The amount collected through Kadamba Transport Corporation Smart transit Passes and Smart transit cards will be reimbursed to the respective operators as per the guidelines set by Kadamba Transport Corporation Limited

The operator shall be responsible for arranging an alternate bus in place of the disrupted service to ensure continuous operation. <br>

Yes, holding a valid stage carriage permit issued by the competent authority in Goa is a mandatory requirement for participation in the scheme. <br>

After receiving approval for enrollment, is there a final administrative step required to formalize the commitment between the operator and the implementing agency?

Approved applicants shall be issued a Letter of Empanelment and must subsequently sign a formal Agreement with the Kadamba Transport Corporation Limited outlining their obligations under the scheme. <br>

What is the maximum age limit allowed for a bus from its initial registration date to be inducted into this scheme, including any temporary relaxation granted?

Generally, the bus must not be older than 15 years from the date of its initial registration. However, for the initial period of 3 years, buses up to 20 years old are eligible to participate. <br>

The operator must ensure the bus is operated on all permitted days throughout the year to maintain compliance with the program’s terms. <br>

Yes, a Vehicle Location Tracking Device (VLTD) approved by the Directorate of Transport must be installed on all buses prior to induction into the scheme. <br>

Yes, the bus or mini bus inducted into the scheme must mandatorily possess a valid Fitness Certificate issued by the relevant authorities. <br>

The applicant must produce a clearance certificate to demonstrate that there are no pending prosecutions related to the vehicles intended for the scheme. <br>
