Application Process
Offline
Based on the demand of farmers, villagers, and village heads or public representatives, and on the proposal approved by the Mandi Committee from the Mandi Vikas Nidhi, as well as the consent granted by the Marketing Board from the Central Mandi Fund, the hand pump project/estimate is prepared by the respective branch and submitted to the Managing Director of the Uttarakhand Agricultural Produce Marketing Board for administrative and financial approval.
