Electric Vehicle Purchase Subsidy
- The applicant must purchase electric vehicles that have taken subsidy under Government of India's Faster Adoption and Manufacturing of Hybrid and Electric Vehicles in India Scheme dated 8th March 2019 and any amendments thereafter.
- The applicant must ensure the vehicle's ex-factory price falls within the prescribed threshold limits for each segment.
- The applicant must not have claimed subsidy under any other state government scheme run by different departments.
- The applicant must authenticate documents for vehicle purchase to receive Direct Benefit Transfer.
Charging Infrastructure Subsidy
- The applicant must set up commercial public electric vehicle charging stations for 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, and 4-wheelers.
- The applicant must not have availed subsidies under any other promotional schemes under Government of India policies or schemes.
- The applicant must ensure charging stations meet guidelines and standards of Ministry of Power Circular dated 1st October 2019 and any amendments thereafter.
- The applicant must be among the first 250 commercial public electric vehicle charging station developers.
Manufacturing Incentives
- The applicant must be involved in manufacturing electric vehicles and their components.
- The applicant must comply with provisions of Gujarat Industrial Policy-2020 and subsequent applicable policies.

Offline
- Upon authenticating the document for the purchase of the vehicle, the subsidy shall be disbursed directly to the customer via DBT mode from the State Transport Department.
- The subsidy amount will be calculated based on kilowatt-hour capacity for vehicles or a 25% capital subsidy for charging infrastructure, subject to maximum limits and eligibility conditions.
