विवरण

The state government has initiated government hostels to enhance educational access for Scheduled Caste students. Due to the poor economic conditions faced by Scheduled Caste families, parents or guardians often cannot send their children from villages to cities where higher education opportunities are available. These hostels are established for both boys and girls belonging to Scheduled Tribes, enabling them to pursue higher studies in educational institutions.

पात्रता

Any student belonging to Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe can apply. There are no income limits for eligibility.

To apply, students need to submit the required documents including Aadhar Card, Age Proof, Birth Certificate, Caste Certificate, Identity Card, Income Certificate, Mark Sheet, Passport Size Photos, and Receipt of fee paid. The application form can be downloaded from the department's website.
