Frequency of Disbursement: Monthly until the patient recovers from tuberculosis, cancer, leprosy, AIDS, sickle cell anaemia, and thalassemia. Per case for serious maternity cases and anaemia in women.
Validity: The assistance is provided until the patient recovers from specified diseases.

- For HIV/AIDS patients, the annual income limit is ₹27,000/- for rural areas and ₹35,000/- for urban areas.

Step 1: The interested applicant should visit the Office of the Chief District Health Officer, and request the hard copy of the prescribed format of the application form from the staff.
Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).
Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents, within the prescribed period (if any), to the Chief District Health Officer.
