The applicant must produce a valid Caste certificate which is duly certified/issued by the District Commissioner of the concerned district or his/her designated officer.
The applicant should have cleared the Civil Services Preliminary Examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission/Assam Public Service Commission during the current year.
The applicant must produce his/her copy of the admit card and result of the Civil Services Preliminary Examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission/Assam Public Service Commission.
The applicant should not be a Government service holder.

The applicants who have cleared both the Civil Services Preliminary Examinations Conducted by the Union Public Service Commission and Assam Public Service Commission in the same year shall be considered for scholarship only for the Union Public Service Commission Prelims.
