पात्रता

  1. The applicant must be a construction worker registered with the Uttarakhand Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.

आवेदन प्रक्रिया

Online - via CSC

  • The online application can be submitted through Shramik Suvidha Kendras. At the time of application, the following documents are required: Shramik Card, Aadhaar Card, Self-Declaration Certificate, Aadhaar-linked bank account details, and a photograph showing the worker along with the toilet under construction. The photograph must clearly show the toilet with concrete walls, roof with lintel, tank, water arrangement, and seat.
  • Land-related documents of the site where the toilet is constructed, such as Dakhal Kharij/Khatauni/Registry or land ownership certificate, along with a permanent residence certificate, must also be attached. Additionally, an affidavit is required stating that the applicant has not availed benefits from any other scheme and has not applied for assistance from any other department.
  • If the application is verified and found correct during the departmental investigation, the first installment is credited to the applicant’s bank account. After completion of the construction, the applicant must reapply after one month with all relevant documents to receive the second installment of ₹4,000/-.
