The scheme “Family Pension Scheme” is implemented by the Uttarakhand Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (UKBOCWWB) under the Labour Department, Government of Uttarakhand. The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to the spouse of a registered construction worker in the event of the worker’s death, if the deceased was a pensioner.

Eligibility

  3. The deceased construction worker must have been receiving a pension from the Board at the time of death.

Application Process

Online - via CSC

  • The online application for the scheme can be submitted through Shramik Suvidha Kendras.
  • At the time of application, the applicant must attach the self-declaration certificate, Shramik card of the deceased worker, death certificate of the deceased worker, Aadhaar card, and other required documents.
  • The application for family pension must be submitted within three months from the date of death of the pensioner. If the application is found correct during the departmental verification, the family pension will be sanctioned and disbursed.
