Application Process

Offline

Step 1: The interested applicant should visit the office of Tiatr Academy of Goa to collect the prescribed application form for the scheme.
Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required). The application should express the intent to avail benefit under this scheme. Sign the application form and mention the date.
Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to -

*Applicants are advised to save a copy of the submitted application form and any acknowledgment.

Committee Review & Recommendation

Step 1: The Tiatr Academy Goa appointed Recommendation Committee will scrutinize the submitted book and evaluate its relevance to Tiatr, its song and music.
Step 2: The Recommendation Committee will recommend to Tiatr Academy Goa whether the book can be purchased or not based on their evaluation.
Step 3: Tiatr Academy Goa will make the final decision on book purchase, reserving the right not to purchase even if recommended by the Committee.

Price Negotiation, Book Purchase and Exhibition

Step 1: If the book is approved, the price will be fixed as per Tiatr Academy Goa conditions, with Tiatr Academy Goa paying 80% of the agreed rate.
Step 2: If Tiatr Academy Goa decides to purchase the books, the applicant will be informed in writing about the decision and further procedures.
Step 3: Tiatr Academy Goa will purchase the books on 'First-come-First' serve basis and include them in their book exhibitions and promotional activities.
