पात्रता

  1. The applicant must be a resident of Uttarakhand.
  2. The applicant must be either disaster-affected individual or involved in disaster relief or preparedness-related activities.
  3. The extent and cause of the disability must be certified by a doctor from a government hospital or dispensary.

आवेदन प्रक्रिया

Offline

Information about the disaster and the resulting damage is received from various sources. The concerned Patwari verifies the damage and records it in the P-20 form. The Patwari’s report is subsequently verified by the Tehsildar and the Sub-Divisional Magistrate. Approval is then obtained from the District Magistrate. Once the District Magistrate’s approval is received, relief funds are disbursed to the concerned beneficiaries at the Tehsil level.
