The scheme “Entrepreneurship and Development Programme” is implemented by the Uttarakhand State Council for Science and Technology (UCOST) under the Science and Technology, Government of Uttarakhand. It aims to establish Technology Resource Centers (TRCs) that develop advanced technologies based on locally available natural resources and improve techniques for commercial applications.
