◦ The student must be studying in an elementary school.
◦ The student must be studying in a Balvatika or in Standard 1st to 8th.
◦ The student must be a studying in a Government, Grant-in-Aid, or Primary School located in one of the 28 talukas of the developing tribal areas of Gujarat.

For Women & their Child
◦ The applicant must be a child registered at an Anganwadi center between 6 months and 6 years of age.
◦ The applicant must be a pregnant mother/lactating mother registered at an Anganwadi center.
