Online - via CSC
- Online applications are submitted through Shramik Suvidha Kendras.
- Along with the application form, it is mandatory to attach the following documents: Shramik Card, Aadhaar Card, Medical Certificate of permanent disability issued by a Government CMS/CMO, an Affidavit stating that no benefits have been taken under any other scheme, and a Self-Declaration Certificate.
- The worker must apply within one year from the date of becoming permanently disabled. After submission, the department conducts an investigation. If the details are verified as correct, the department provides a monthly pension of ₹1,000/- and a one-time ex-gratia amount of ₹40,000/- directly into the construction worker’s account.
