- The applicant must be a farmer.
- The farmer should have taken a short-term crop loan during the Kharif season (1st April to 30th September) from any of the following:
- Primary Agricultural Credit Cooperative Society
- District Central Cooperative Bank
- Nationalized Bank
- Gramin Bank
- Private Bank
- The farmer should have repaid the loan on time.

- The bank from which the crop loan has been availed by the farmer has to submit the integrated interest subvention proposal of its area of operation to the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Gujarat State, Gandhinagar.
