पात्रता

First Appeal
- Can be filed with the concerned Divisional Forest Officer, Deputy Director, or Assistant Director of the protected area.
- Must be submitted within 30 days from the date of non-acceptance of the application or after the stipulated time limit expires.
- The appellate officer will resolve the appeal within 30 working days.
Second Appeal
- Can be filed with the Director of Forest Conservation/Protected Area.
- Must be submitted within 60 days from the order of the first appellate officer.
